The EPA says that prolonged exposure to elevated levels of radon gas is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer in the U.S. and is responsible for approximately 21,000 deaths each year (that's over 50 people/day).  Elevated levels of radon have been found in all 50 states.  Testing for radon in your home is simple and inexpensive!  The EPA recommends that all homes be tested!
